Pascal Depuydt, a vegan butcher, comes from a generation of a traditional family butcher (5th generation), since 1863. He has the message well and clearly understood that he got from his customers. 

I developped new vegan food products lines, it was a challenge and the result is a whole range of Vegan products certified by The Vegan Society, all our products  are Gluten free and Organic certified.

Our range doens’t contain oil, sunflowerseed. Our products do have a high nutrion value and are very healthy. There's no added fat and there's a perfect texture.
The fat has been reduced to max 1.2%
So the meaning of all this is that the flexitarier will also eat that kind of products because they are also convinced that we have to change our way of living, but the problem for that group is that they don’t enjoy the taste of Vegan because to fatty, no byte, simular like babyfood.
