Company Description

We produce as usual, certified organic wines of the Colli Piacentini. Our excellent terroir arise from a historical geological reserve in Piacentian, from which emerge the distinctive organoleptic characteristics of our wines.

We plan to export our products to reinforce the made in Italy and in particular made n Piacenza in the World.

Certifications Information

It was decided to conduct the vines with organic farming techniques , conscious that "the screw must be placed in a condition to receive and transform what soil , sun, heat, and light of these lands give it without using chemical fertilizers and pesticides that pollute and interfere with its processes and balances.
The fulcrum of organic farming is the soil : cultivation techniques should aim to improve and maintain fertility .
The goals that should be pursued , focusing on the priorities in different situations dictated by local circumstances or business are ;
increase the organic matter content ;
ensure good biological activity ;
improve the chemical-physical characteristics ,
protect the soil from erosion ;
avoid the phenomena of compaction data from the transit of machines;
regulate the activity of the plant vegetative- productive .
In the vineyard a good result can be achieved with the green cover, which enrich the soil organic matter contributes to a diversified agro-ecosystem . The herbaceous cover provides permanent life in a number of arthropod species and stimulates the biological activity of the soil by encouraging the development of microorganisms and soil fauna .

Technical sheet and tasting notes





Barbera (historical grape). The bunch is  medium, of pyramidal form, quite compact, winged (150-200gr); the berry is medium in size, elliptic, with thin and consistent skin of uniform dark-blue colour, covered by high bloom.

Bonarda (historical grape). The bunch is small and conical in shape, sometimes winged, loose and irregular (150-250gr).


ALCOHOL: 12,50 % vol. - 750 ml


TOTAL SULPHUR DIOXIDE: 23 mg/l ( extremely low content of SO2)

VINIFICATION: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with native and selected yeast.

AGING: 6 months in stainless steel tanks; brief oak aging and 6 months in bottle.



Tasting notes

Ruby red color, with shades of purple that rapidly disappear, after oxygenation in the glass, revealing the small amount of sulfites added.

Nose with intense aromas of red fruit, especially black cherry and currant, followed by notes of almond and black pepper. Along with good acidity, soft tannins, good persistence. This wine finishes with hints of black cherry. 

The suggested food pairings are with main dishes like soups; with roasted meats, particularly duck, beef stew, pork loin (also with red currant sauce); with complex game dishes or with medium-aged cheeses.

Serving at: 16/18ºC.
