We are a call center broker working with blue chip clients and leading call center outsources globally. Our role involves matching up clients needs with over 500+ call center partners worldwide. 

With regards to inbound multi lingual support I have a number of European call center partners who are looking to support UK, US and Australian clients who need English plus other major European languages supported to manage their inbound customer services or other inbound activity. Each call centre can support in one location English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Scandinavian languages, Russian and one centre also offers Japanese and Chinese. The call centres are based in Albania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Romania and the Ukraine. Typical rates per minute billing range from € 0.30 - € 0.50 ($0.40 - $0.66 USD). Dedicated hourly billing from € 6 - € 12 Euros ($7.94 - $15.87).

Most languages can be handled by one centre - specialties range from technical helpdesks and support through to specialist sales. 1 - 3 month trials available but all centres are looking for long term client programs to work on.

The call center profiles are as follows:

Albania – 40 seats. Inbound specialist only. Languages offered - English, Italian, French, German and Spanish. Albanian owned.

Bulgaria – 150+ agents home working business. Inbound specialist only. Languages offered - English, Italian, French, German and Spanish, Russian, Dutch plus Bulgarian, Hungarian and all Scandinavian languages. Specialties – 1st and 2ndlevel tech support.

Hungary – 500+ agents home working business with a global footprint as well. Inbound specialist but also do undertake outbound programs too but only on a set hourly rate basis. Languages offered – all main European languages. Specialties – IT support, sales support and general customer service.

Poland – 200 seats. Inbound and outbound offered. All major European languages offered. Due to its close proximity to two major global US software and Internet businesses plus a University in the same city this call center specializes in IT and Social Media support. Irish owned with Irish operational management at the most senior level.

Romania: -

Call center 1 – 150 seats. Inbound and outbound offered. All major European languages offered. Major clients supported are in the Telco and FS arenas. This business is general inbound customer service and sales specialist. Italian owned.

Call center 2 – 160 seats.  Inbound and outbound offered. All major European languages offered. Major clients supported are in the Telco and FS arenas. This business is general inbound customer service and sales specialist but growing rapidly. Part owned by Romanian and a UK regulated FS and venture capital business.

Romania is a top 10 outsource destination with a good infrastructure.

Ukraine: -

Call center 1 – 80 seats. Inbound specialist only. All major European languages offered plus Japanese and Chinese. Currently running Telco's, IT support, sales programs for catalogues. US and Ukrainian owned and operationally managed by a senior Ops Director from the UK. Newly built out and opened center with state of the art systems.

Call center 2 – 120 seats. Inbound specialist only. All major European languages offered. Specialist in general customer service and sales. Italian owned.

Cal center 3 – 60 seats. Inbound specialist only. All major European languages offered. Specialist in general customer service and sales. Ukrainian owned.

China:-

With core call centers located in Guangdong and Hunan, this outsourcer offers Chinese Mandarin/Cantonese services and focuses on working for overseas SME, Enterprise clients and technology companies. The business has 3,500 seats and is Canadian owned. They would be a perfect partner to handle calls from Chinese consumers and businesses if you are looking to transact in the fastest growing and soon to be the largest economy in the world. Typically rates for inbound call handling are circa $7 - $8 (US) per hour for dedicated call center agent support which is the only charging basis in which this outsourcer takes on client programs to manage. Aside from this large partner we also have links with a series of smaller outsource call center suppliers offering similar rates.
